I have gone to Burke Primary Care for years and years. Dr Gould is my Primary Dr and he takes great care of me. He makes sure I get those awful test like mammogram and colonoscopy etc when he knows I'm trying to avoid it. I have never had to wait long in waiting room and the nurses and office staff are helpful and friendly.

I would like to highly recommend Burke Primary Care. They have some wonderful providers and staff. I have personally been a patient there for the past 25 years. Dr. Keith Smith is Fantastic! Always answers my questions and listens to my concerns. Never feel "rushed". I'm always able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. It's also very convenient that they offer lab, mammograms, and x-rays on site. They have a late night clinic which is nice for us working parents. They accept patients from newborn to geriatric. I would like to say "Thank You" to all the staff at BPC for all your hard work and dedication. So if you are in need of a great primary care provider, give Burke Primary Care a call!

Everyone that works here is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The ladies at the check-in greet you with a smile and get you checked in quickly. I have never had to wait very long past my appointment time. We love our practitioner, Chris Shatley. He always has a plan and listened to your comments and concerns. I feel like he's very up to date with new medications and treatments. We moved here 3 years ago and had to start all over establishing new doctors. Chris was very helpful with getting me to all the different specialists I see.

I have been a patient at Burke Primary for many years. My wife and three kids are all patients there as well. We could not recommend a better practice. They are always very kind and helpful. They try their best to get you in quickly. All the physicians we have seen have been knowledgeable and understanding. We appreciate them always being there for our family!!!

I’ve been going here for years. All staff are wonderful, I trust them and my doctor, Sam Adkins. I recently had a confusing problem getting a medication refilled. My old pills were recalled and I needed a refill immediately. After a couple of days of phone calls with Sarah, she resolved the problem and had Dr. Adkins call in a week’s supply to cover me until I received my mail order. Sarah was persistent and made many calls to pharmacists for me. I appreciate her taking the time to do this leg work for me. It was refreshing to have someone actually take care of a problem! She made it easy for me. Thank you, Sarah.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tim Robinson for at least 20+ years and would never consider looking for another primary physician. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and sincere and always makes me feel comfortable when discussing medical and other personal matters with him. Doctors and staff are friendly and resourceful. It is a busy business and often crowded. But I have never waited too long (obviously you need to have an appointment)

Dr. Gratton is wonderful! She is caring, dedicated, and always goes above and beyond for her patients. I also work with Burke Primary on a professional level, and every time I call, the staff is so kind and helpful. I truly appreciate you all!
